Neptunus shelters stars at MTV Europe Music Awards
Northampton: November 8, 2016: Superstars arriving at the MTV Europe Music Awards in Rotterdam on Sunday evening were sheltered from the weather thanks to a temporary structure erected over the red carpet by Neptunus.
The music industrys biggest names entered the Ahoy Arena through a 1400 square metre VIP walkway protecting stars from the elements as they posed for photographs before the star-studded event.
The Alure Globe hall, erected by technicians from leading temporary structure specialists Neptunus, had a transparent roof and glass sides to ensure fans and the worlds media all got excellent views of the celebrities.
This year was the third occasion that The Netherlands has hosted the MTV Europe Music Awards and the second time that Rotterdam has staged the ceremony which was broadcast to a world-wide TV audience.
A ten strong team from Neptunus took just three days to erect the facility which incorporated heating and air conditioning systems.
