The Heath success continues as three new businesses locate at Park

Runcorn: March 13, 2015: A trio of new tenants at The Heath bring new skills and talents to the successful business park.

After years of running their property management business Pass Property from home, John and Helen Pass decided the time was right to set up a separate office and moved to the business and technical park this week. They already have one member of staff and are looking to recruit another shortly.

Helen said: “The Heath is in a really good location for us and I always thought it would be a good place for when we took an office but I was amazed when we came to have a look round. It really has everything we need. Not only are the offices really well equipped but there’s the restaurant, shops, a hairdresser and loads of parking. There’s also just a really good feel to the place.”

Two other new firms on the site are both in the specialist recruitment business.

K² Technology Ltd recruits staff for the construction industry specialising in project management, engineering and quantity surveying, and can also offer software support and database design.

The firm was started in 2012 by Keith Trubshaw and Keith Shallish who, between them, have more than 40 years’ experience in the construction industry.

Keith Trubshaw said: “We started with the aim of providing top class commercial support for our clients, since then the company has grown to provide a one-stop shop for all our clients resourcing and software needs. Our experience means that we possess an insight into the issues faced by our clients and can select an appropriate solution to increase efficiency and deliver goals.”

Explaining why they chose The Heath, Keith said: “Due to continuing growth we needed flexible office space that could scale up as the business grows. Currently we will have 2/3 people working from the office, but we didn’t want to commit to something that we could potentially outgrow quickly, causing us to then have to go through a move process again. We checked out a few serviced office providers but we found that there were lots of issues with parking and charges for additional services that we found unacceptable.

“After visiting The Heath we found it to be the most accommodating of our requirements by far, and believe that it is an excellent fit for our future requirements and we will recommend it to our clients as a prime location.”

Appetite4Recruitment serves the hospitality industry from locations all over the UK including Manchester, Leeds and Ellesmere Port and is opening a new office at The Heath to take advantage of the good transport links for both staff and clients.

Consultant Claire Lestoquoit, who will be working in the new office when it opens later this month, says The Heath was selected as location for the business because of its competitive pricing and excellent location.

Lesley Lunt, The Heath Business and Technical Park’s Sales and Marketing Manager, said: “I’m delighted to see these exciting new businesses moving onto the park. We believe The Heath has all the right ingredients to contribute to their future success and I wish them well.”
