Neptunus is height of fashion at Vogue Festival 2016

Neptunus has supplied temporary structures to the Vogue Festival 2016 fashion extravaganza which was this year themed around the magazine's centenary anniversary.

Vogue Festival 2016, in partnership with Harrods, was staged over the weekend of May 21-22. The high-profile event consisted of two days of fashion, debate, ideas and fun and took place in a special‘Vogue World’ venue on East Albert Lawn in Kensington Gardens and at The Royal Geographic Society, located directly opposite.

Neptunus was appointed by creative events agency Timebased Events to build ‘Vogue World’ in a series of temporary structures covering over 1,800 square metres which formed a fashion show catwalk, talk space area, a Green Room, main entrance, production offices and a kitchen. A team of 10 Neptunus’ technicians took just three days to construct the venue.

2016 was the fifth edition of Vogue Festival. This year's impressive line-up of speakers includedsome of the leading names from the world of fashion and style including Alessandro Michele, Domenico Dolce, Stefano Gabbana, Kim Kardashian West, Charlotte Tilbury, Isabel Marant, Grace Coddington, Christopher Kane, Jenny Packham, Peter Dundas and many more.As well as an extensive schedule of speakers, Vogue Festival also offered tutorials with a comprehensive insight from leading figures in the beauty and hair industries.
