Celebrities bloom at The Edible Garden Show and Good Live Life

The star-studded line-up for the UK's ultimate grow your own event – The Edible Garden Show – has been announced as the event returns to its roots alongside fantastic lifestyle event 'Good Life Live'. The ever popular television presenter James Wong will be headlining the show, which after two successful years in London, is returning to Stoneleigh Park in Warwickshire from 11-13 March.

James will be back in the Experts Theatre sharing his simple scientific tips and tricks to supercharge the flavour and nutrient content of home grown crops while broadcaster Pippa Greenwood will be sharing her great knowledge on growing great veg.

Also giving spades of advice will be ITV’s Love Your Garden presenters Frances Tophill and Katie Rushworth as well as BBC One Show resident gardening expert Christine Walkden, who will be on hand on the Sunday.

Elsewhere, the BBC’s Big Allotment Challenge floral expert Jonathan Moseley will be thrilling visitors with his amazing displays and demonstrating how spectacular edible floral masterpieces can be made with great speed and efficiency. The allotment grower who lifted the winner’s trophy in series 2 of the popular primetime show, Rob Smith, will also be appearing to launch his new heritage seed range courtesy of Dobies of Devon.

Inspiring visitors to grow unusual, ancient perennial varieties of vegetables and herbs will be Mandy Barber from Incredible Vegetables. But even if you have only have limited space, Sally Morgan will be showing visitors you don't need a huge parcel of land to live more self-sufficiently.

Once you’ve learned how and what to grow, chef, forager and wild food expert Mark Lloyd and flamboyant popular chef Rachel Green will be conjuring yummy, healthy meals from plot to plate. During each of their sessions, they will be inspiring visitors with the tasty delights that can be whipped up when digging for your dinner plate.

The show also harvests a huge crop of exciting exhibitors as well as a fertile mix of interactive advice sessions, hands-on demonstrations and livestock. So whether you are a novice, an expert or just seeking a slice of the good life, you can’t help but be inspired by this great value for money family day out where under 5s are free.
