Eat to the Beat are live event industry’s favourite caterers

Chesham, Bucks: February 18, 2015: In front of a glittering audience of more than 1,000 people from all corners of the live music business, Eat to the Beat scooped the favourite caterers prize at the 2015 TPi Awards – for the 11th time.

The ceremony, hosted by Total Production International, the live event production industry’s leading publication, took place at Battersea Evolution, London, on Monday night. Since its inception in 2002, the TPi Awards has consistently grown in size and status, and is now regarded throughout the world as the premier networking event for the live production industry.

Eat to the Beat, part of Global Infusion Group, has been specialising in backstage catering services for music, entertainment, film and TV industries for over 30 years, working with the biggest names in showbiz.

The award was collected by Eat to the Beat’s Managing Director Tony Laurenson, Global Operations Director Mary Shelley-Smith and account managers Olivia Morris and Kim Joyce.

Mary Shelley-Smith said: “It was a fantastic night for us. To win this award for a staggering 11th time is a real testament to just how hard our teams work both on site and in the office to stay at the top of our game. It’s also a great opportunity to catch up with the best the live event industry has to offer - these are exciting times and it’s great to be at the top.”
